Origin and meaning: The name Thiện Tích tea is inspired by the Vietnamese folk philosophy full of humanity: “Good deeds are blessed”, “Good deeds accumulate virtue” or “Good deeds will be rewarded”. As people who do and accumulate good deeds, they and their descendants will receive blessings.
Composition and methods: The Thái Nguyên – Thái Nguyên region is located under the Tam Đảo mountain range and is sheltered from wind and sun, so the temperature in this area is very stable; in addition, this is a semi-mountainous midland, red-brown soil, alternating with many narrow and flat valleys formed mainly on the feralit, acidic magma and ancient alluvium, sandstone, with common pH. From 5.5 to less than 7.0, the soil is slightly acidic, which are very good conditions for the growth of tea plants, giving Tân Cương tea a unique flavor that is not found anywhere else. Thiện Tích tea is picked according to the only standard of 1 bud and 1 leaf to ensure that the highest quality, young tea buds are picked. Taste Description: The brewed tea has a greenish-yellow color. The tea has a characteristic nuggets flavor, a greasy, nutty taste like chestnuts, the scent of flowers and herbs, a bit full of the taste of mustard leaves, and even a hint of cinnamon. The tea has medium bitterness, not harsh, sweet and pleasant aftertaste.
Suggestions on how to use tea: very delicious by cold brewing and hot brewing. For cold brew, add about 3 -5 grams of tea to 1000 ml of boiled water, let it cool down, put it in the refrigerator for about 5 – hours. When brewing hot, put 6-8 grams of tea in a 200ml bottle of water. Put water cooled at 75-80 degrees and soak for about 30 seconds – 1 minute. Then you can pour it all out and enjoy the tea.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always close the box/tea bag tightly after use.
