From 5.5 to less than 7.0, the soil is slightly acidic, which are very good conditions for the growth of tea plants, giving Tân Cương tea a unique flavor that is not found anywhere else. Hàm Xuân tea is picked according to the standard of only 1 bud to ensure that the highest quality, young tea buds of the tea tree are picked.
