Origin: Mật Linh Sơn was produced in 2024 from spring-harvested buds of ancient Shan Tuyết tea trees—estimated to be 600–700 years old—growing in Hà Giang, Vietnam. Every step of the crafting process, from hand-picking, withering, rolling, fermenting, sun-drying to final curing, is done entirely by hand to preserve the tea’s pure and natural character.
Tasting Notes: Mật Linh Sơn is distinguished by its vibrant amber-orange liquor and a richly layered sweetness with a long, lingering finish. The tea reveals notes of wild peach blossom, lantana flower, a cool hint of mint, dried fruits, and deep honeyed sweetness with a gentle acidity. It is never harsh or bitter—only smooth, refined, and exquisitely balanced.
Brewing Guide (recommended): Break off 5–7 grams from the tea cake.
Quickly rinse the leaves with boiling water to awaken the aroma, then discard the rinse.
Steep with 200–250 ml of water at 85–90°C, infusing for 20–25 seconds (or shorter to taste).
Pour out completely before enjoying.
Storage: Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Always seal the tea container tightly after use.
Shelf Life: With Mật Linh Sơn, fermentation continues slowly over the years—developing greater sweetness, aroma, and depth of color. Like aged wine, the longer it rests, the finer it becomes. This natural maturation happens gradually and beautifully over time.
Price: If purchasing only the tea without the gift box, Mật Linh Sơn is 640,000 VND.
