Description
Origin and meaning: The name tea is inspired by the smoke of the H’mong people during the making process. The flavor and taste of the tea has a very distinctive smoky smell. Suggestions on how to use tea: very delicious by cold brewing and hot brewing. For cold brew, add about 3 -5 grams of tea to 1000 ml of boiled water, let it cool down, put it in the refrigerator for about 5 – hours. When brewing hot, put 5-7 grams of tea in a 200 ml pot of water. Put water cooled at 80-85 degrees in and soak for 15-20 seconds. Then you can pour it all out and enjoy the tea.
Feature of the Premium type: For those who like to enjoy light tea, steep the tea for about 10-15 seconds. The aroma and taste of the tea is extremely similar to premium white tea but with a stronger taste. Rustic tea but with natural forest flower scent. The full name of the tea is Bang Thanh Ngoc Khiet because it is taken from the ingredients of Bang Thanh tea (a premium quality ancient Shan Tuyet green tea in Ha Giang) and lotus rice (scented sachets of the lotus flower - the fragrant pearls).
